Features:

General property features or amenities of a property. Add numbers from the features list table for corresponding features. Multiple values acceptexd, use comma to separate

Format: full URL. (Must include the http:// portion) Up to 10 URLs can be included. Separate each URL by a comma.

Listing Status:

Current status of property listing
Format: {active| offer | contract | closed | withdrawn}

Listing System:

Type of listing system e.g. MLS

Listing System ID:

Unique identifier of listing assigned by a listing service provider (MLS or other)
Format: alpha-numeric

Listing System Service Name:

Name of listing service / provider (MLS or other)

Type of property listing

Location:

Location or Address of property
Format: Addresses should be formatted as: street, city, state, postal code, country. Each location element should be separated by a comma.

Lot Size:

Size of property measured in square feet
Format: number
Example: 13450

Model:

House Model Name that describes the floor plan of a property
Format: text
Example: The Bramblewood

Open House Date Range:

Start and end date and time for open house
Format: ISO 8601 format: YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm. (Times are based on 24-hour clock.) This can either be a start date or a date range. For tab-delimited, if a range of dates is included, separate the start and end dates by a forward slash.
Example: 2007-05-21T10:00/2007-05-21T17:00

Price:

Property sale / lease price OR lower price for ranged pricing
Format: number
Example: 450900

Price Upper:

For Ranged Pricing Only, the greater price value of the range
Format: numeric
Example: 350000

Property ID:

Unique Property ID assigned by user / broker.
IMPORTANT: Each item must retain the same id in subsequent bulk uploads.
Format: alphanumeric
Example: R12345

Property Taxes:

Yearly property tax
Format: number in USD
Example: 3285

Property Type:

Type of property listing
Format: {apartment | commercial | condo | coop | farm | land | manufactured | multifamily | ranch | single_family | tic | townhouse|}

Property Website URL:

URL to property website
Format: Website URL. This should not forward to another URL; it must point directly to the target page. (Must include http://)

Provider Class:

The type of data provider responsible for the bulk upload

School District:

Name of School District the property is located within

Secondary School:

Name of Secondary School

Style:

Style of house or building

Title:

The name or title of the property
Format: text – 80 character limit, commas allowed
Example: Great Family Home, close to train

Year:

The year the home/building was constructed
Format: 4 digit number
Example: 1972

Zoning:

The zoning of the property. E.g.: agricultural, commercial, industrial, recreational, residential, unincorporated.
