How do you get your property to show up in the GLS?

When you advertise a property for sale or lease, you need maximum exposure to a broad range of potential buyers / renters. Posting your property in the GLS is easy, choose from the option below that best fits your needs and you are on your way to closing the deal!

  • Manual Upload »

    This is the easiest way to upload 1-10 properties. Simply login and type in the details – we’ll walk you through the process and have your property ‘listed’ right away!


  • Bulk Upload »

    If you have large quantities of properties to upload, the Bulk Upload option may be just your ticket. You’ll need some basic knowledge of tab-delimited file formatting, and the Bulk Upload Template. Once you’ve setup your bulk file, you can login and upload your entire property file with a single click – if any errors occur you will be notified via email and can simply correct and re-submit your file.


  • Direct Data Feed »

    Got lots of property listings? Have a server data feed that you want to send us? Direct Data Feed upload is available to larger Brokerages, Companies, and Portals subject to approval, on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to begin the process. Once approved, we can typically have your properties posted in the GLS within a few days!


  • Partner Upload »

    Many of our partners support automated posting or syndication of your existing property data. Be sure to check the growing list of GLS Partner Upload Companies and Sites.
