Subscriptions and Monthly Service Fees

You may cancel service for subscription items and any monthly fees at any time via telephone or email. Cancellations may take up to 5 business days to process and will take effect upon your next billing date. No pro-rating or partial-month refunds will be issued. Subscriptions paid in advance will not be refunded, and upon cancellation will be active for the remainder of the term of pre-payment.

MyREALTY.com will present your Advertisement(s)on the web sites agreed to, including but not limited to MyREALTY.com. In no way will this guarantee its success or performance. You are liable for payment of MyREALTY.com services rendered to you, regardless of response to your advertisement(s).

Domain Name Services

All domain name registrations are the sole responsibility of their owners. If your domain name renewal term expires, MyREALTY.com will attempt to contact you to determine if you wish to continue your website service. However, you are responsible for your own domain name renewal. If your domain registration services are not renewed by you on the renewal due date, MyREALTY.com will not be responsible for any loss of business or future loss of business due to any disruption or loss of any domain name registration services.
